Hey there! You’ve reached the blog site for the St. Luke’s United Methodist Church 2009 mission trip the Nassau, Bahamas! We’re excited to serve during the week ahead, and hope you’ll follow our adventures, keep us in your prayers, and get to know a little more about Nassau as we work and serve together.
Our theme for the week ahead is Go and Tell – based off of the scripture in The Message version of Romans 10:14-15 which says this:
“But how can people call for help if they don’t know who to trust? And how can they know who to trust if they haven’t heard of the One who can be trusted? And how can they hear if nobody tells them? And how is anyone going to tell them, unless someone is sent to do it?”
We are so excited to be the hands and feet of Christ in Nassau! Feel free to leave us message or prayers on the site. Oh, and by the way… pray we don’t get too sunburned while we’re down there. : )

Hi Everyone,
Have a great day Monday. Remember back to when you were little and how cool teenagers were. You will leave a lasting impression on all of the children you come in contact with. I am so impressed with you all as a group. I know you will knock their socks off. (Okay, so it is too hot for socks down there)
